Derek
Rydall
An
actor, author, screenwriter, and licensed spiritual therapist,
Derek is also founder of "The Center for Conscious Entertainment,"
empowering artists and executives to create from their soul,
and "Scriptwriter Central," training script consultants
and mentoring writers. As a therapist, he’s counseled
people from many walks of life, taught dozens of workshops,
and trained Fortune 500 companies such as American Express
and Disney. The nephew of legendary director, Don Siegel (Dirty
Harry, Escape from Alcatraz, Invasion of the Body Snatchers),
Derek has starred in films & TV shows with Tom Skerritt,
Charles Bronson, Elliot Gould, Tony Roberts, Polly Shore and
others. As a screenwriter, he’s developed projects for
the producer of Ghost, RKO, U/A, Miramax, Saturn (Nic Cage),
Wildrice, Longbow, and many others, as well as staff writing
for Fox, Disney and Deepak Chopra. As a Story Consultant/Script
Doctor, he’s helped writers, producers, actors and directors
turn books into screenplays, secure millions in financing,
make 6-figure script deals, get hired to exec produce, direct,
star in their movies, obtain major distribution, and win awards.
And as an Author, he has two books, "I Could’ve
Written a Better Movie than That!: How to Make Six Figures
as a Script Consultant – Even if You’re Not a

Allan Katz
Allan Katz is a screenwriter, actor, playwright, director
and poet. He wrote and starred in THE GUARANTEED WAY TO PICKUP
SINGLE WOMEN, co-wrote and starred in MAD IN CANADA, and wrote
and costarred in DIAMONDS with Kirk Douglas, Lauren Bacall
and Dan Ackroyd for Miramax films. He wrote the film DESERT
STORM to be directed by John Milius and is currently in development
on a number of pictures with ATOMIK PICTURES and HAND PICKED
FILMS. Allan is interested in working with writers who want
to really go for the home run, are willing to take criticism
and understand that it is only in rewriting that scripts find
their true heart
Jon Stevens
Before becoming an independent filmmaker, Jon Stevens served
as a production executive at 20th Century Fox Television,
ABC-TV in NYC, was DGA UPM on 5 feature films. Wrote and produced
6 Latino variety specials for Canal 47 in NYC; wrote and produced
Demi Moore's screen debut feature film CHOICES, directed the
independent feature film OUT 2 LUNCH! Wrote and directed the
critically acclaimed IRISH WHISKEY, winning BEST DIRECTOR
award at the New York International Independent Film and Video
Festival, BEST FEATURE FILM award at the Temecula International
Film Festival; After a long uphill struggle, the film will
open on 1,000 screens in the fall of 2005; As a journalist,
Jon's director interviews have been published in the DGA Magazine;
his book Actors Turned Directors - On Eliciting The Best Performance
From An Actors, was published by Silman-James Press; As a
story analyst, Jon has reviewed 907 screenplays.
Kurt Inderbitzin
With
9 films to his credit, an MBA in finance from the University
of Chicago, and an MFA in screenwriting from the University
of New Orleans, Kurt has a comprehensive understanding of
both the creative and financial side of filmmaking. While
Kurt was President of Abandon Pictures, Abandon produced the
independent films Scotland, P.A., a Sundance Film Festival
selection starring Oscar winner Christopher Walken, Oxygen
starring Oscar winner Adrian Brody (both of which received
national theatrical releases) and Off the Lip, a low budget
surfing film. Kurt also wrote, produced and directed the ultra-low
budget independent feature film Welcome to the Neighborhood,
which won three "Best of Fests" at film festivals
and was sold profitably to an international distributor, and
produced and directed Brian Gina Nick, an independent horror
film that is currently in post-production. Kurt has also written
or produced seven television films for CBS, NBC, ABC, USA,
Lifetime and TBS and worked for a year as a writer/consultant
on TNT's original dramatic series Bull.
Ed Munter
His work reflects an extensive background in screenwriting,
production and music. In the field of advertising, he has
won 26 CLIO awards for musical composition and production.
In the field of film and television, he has written reality
programming for MGM television and has created a number of
feature film scripts including a thriller for Michael Douglas,
The Stranger Within. He is currently developing a mystical
dramatic series for television, The Inner Dimension, which
explores the spiritual reality that exists within the physical
world. His background in screenwriting has also led him to
teaching, inspiring him to work as a script doctor and writing
coach. Ed has written and produced a number of CDs of his
songs, including Tracking Down The Soul and the soundtrack
for the theatrical production, SoulJourney. The current theatrical
production, SoulJourney, traces the path of a soul through
the human experience. The production is running in the Los
Angeles area.
